Volunteer Management

The Volunteer Center of Greater Milwaukee offers volunteer management training for nonprofits who want to enhance their capacity to utilize volunteers.

• Attend training classes on topics such asVolunteer Management Essentials, Recruitment, Engaging Youth in Volunteering, and Auditing your Volunteer Program. These classes are part of the ongoing training calendar of the Nonprofit Center of Milwaukee. Also visit the the full workshop calendar.
• Attend 75 minute Networking Sessions to discuss current volunteer management topics with your peers. The facilitator provides topical information followed by a practical discussion and attendees sharing their insights. (Free to member organizations.)
